自從去年三月開始改為自由接案、多以在家工作為主,維持飲食控制與運動習慣,幾乎都是自己煮食,偶爾外食也都選擇「適合自己身體、不造成負擔、口味不只是水煮」的店家,除了讓自己偷懶一下,也可以享受一下店家的好手藝。
喜歡「 早晨小姐 GOOD。MORNING aka 元樂庵」不只是最近的事,從延平街老宅就是忠實顧客的我,甚至在搬到和平路新店址第一天重新開張時(安南河粉斜對面),我是第一個內用客人呢!在有著大片玻璃窗及自然採光,有著木質清新色系的空間裡內用,甚至防疫期間愛店的外帶餐點也可是一點都不馬虎。

從延平街老宅搬到和平路上(安南河粉斜對面),原為狹長形日式情調、現在則有大片的玻璃窗(異鄉人最喜歡靠近街道的折疊窗呀),多了美麗的自然採光,提供一樣清爽健康美味!

每周公告一次餐盒組合,無論是固定的雙拼系列(塩麴烤肉/龍田炸雞/鹽烤鯖魚三選二),或因應不同食材的特殊搭配(比如:香料咖哩優格雞腿排、香煎鮭魚菲力、苦瓜梅干扣肉煮等等),都讓人怎麼吃都吃不膩阿!如在酪梨盛產季推出的「酪梨三明治」和「酪梨沙拉」都是健康營養的選擇,而夏天特別推出減醣人如我最愛的「鮮蝦雞肉冷豆腐麵」,少了再製澱粉身體更輕盈!
老派異鄉人私心特別推薦「古早味瓜仔肉」,不過鹹膩的懷舊好味道,讓人吃下去真的會馬上想念阿嬤好手藝,而「傳統炸排骨」與「酥炸漢堡排」等品項,在主人家細心處理下,保留酥炸口感而不油膩,尤其身為一個不能吃牛肉的人,終於有「豬肉選項的漢堡排」可以吃了,真的很感人呀。
每次想休息一下不下廚,「 早晨小姐 GOOD。MORNING aka 元樂庵」總是我腦中冒出的第一選擇,每次帶回餐盒就如同打開百寶盒般驚艷,目前疫情較為穩定,也有防疫原則下開放內用。

除了週三休息(是否提供便當依店家臉書公告),有機會不妨找個舒服的時間去探訪,好好享受灑滿自然光的清新自然美食,也更能體驗店家從空間到食材的用心。我個人很喜歡內用雙主餐的搭配(每天都不一樣,可以自行選擇),如果晚上就外帶便當吧。
